Hi friends. Wow, this is three posts in one week. Unbelievable, I know, but I’ve had a lot on my mind. I actually have a legitimate question for you. I asked this of my Facebook friends the other day and I’m curious out there in the Blogosphere what you would do.
If you could start your own company, ignoring the start-up stuff, what would you start? I had friends talking about schools using particular learning styles, theater companies, a casino, wine shops, etc. What would you do? What do you think your skills are best suited for. Or would you rather work for someone else your whole career?
I’m just curious because I’m always curious about what other people’s ambitions are. I’m closer to 30 than ever, and I’m still not sure what I want to do when I grow up.
Edit: I guess I should’ve included some of the ideas I’ve had. I used to want to open a cupcake shop, however, the requirements to open a food service restaurant are really a pain. Plus, I don’t want to get up at 3 am to bake. I’ve also considered a personal concierge service which is my personal favorite right now. I’m organized and can run errands with the best of them, and I know someone else out there needs their errands run for them. My other random one is to start sewing more and make my own line of comfy, sleep lingerie. Jersey fabrics for comfort but with a little lace for the sex appeal. I think I need to work a little harder with my sewing machine first, but maybe one day I’ll have time again to work on my hobby.
